FACILITIES ADMINSITRATOR This newly created role as a Facilities Administrator is to work for an incredibly successful organisation who are a leader in their marketplace. Working for this organisation, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team in achieving both internal and external compliance of a number of properties. Key Responsibilities Manage the Building Safety mailbox and act as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the projects. Create and maintain existing electronic files Coordinate meetings, circulate agendas Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice. Help ensure that buildings comply with the relevant regulations. Manage the filing and archiving of safety documents Monitor managing agent progress on Fire Risk Assessment actions using the online portal. Collaborate with the wider team to gather necessary information About You Good organisational skills. Strong oral and written communication. Ability to identify issues and escalate where required. Ability to take responsibility and make decisions with the support of your manager. Good attention to detail and able to work under pressure. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the construction, compliance, fire safety or building safety industry. Knowledge of the fire industry and associated legislation, in particular the Fire Safety Order 2005, the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. An awareness of Fire Risk Assessments. H&S qualifications (i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH, BOHS) are desirable but not essential. Training Administrator My client, based in Central Watford is seeking a Training Administrator. Ideally you will have the following skills: Building relationships with training providers ensuring cost effective courses available. Ability to learn and understand Professional qualification requirements/Continued Professional Development. Reviewing of online mandatory training assessments, ensuring successful completion by staff and Principals. Assistance with setting up training rooms where required. Helping with inductions. Arrange student bookings on agreement with L&D Manager. Coordinating study dates on spreadsheet. Attending University/school fairs to talk to students/parents and teachers. Coordinating inhouse training where needed. Arranging and booking meetings and book training courses accordingly. Supporting the L&D Manager with the development of all students and apprentices with their studies and associated programs. Providing day to day assistance on Appraisals across the firm. Ensuring all Appraisals are completed across the firm and review training needs. Regularly assess file records to ensure they are retained or securely destroyed in line with GDPR requirements. General scanning/filing and routine administrative tasks. Handling day to day queries from all levels of staff. Ideally you will have the following skills: Confidential nature due to dealing with personal and sensitive information. Approachability and adaptability are key to this role.
