We are looking for passionate people, who can support the provision of the catering operation assisting with basic food preparation and hygiene and who can promote healthy eating and contribute to the wellbeing of our Children and Young People.
In this role, you will under direction, take responsibly for parts of the catering operation, ensure the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the Company's Assured Safe Catering Policies and Procedures and assist the Chef with both the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with these.
The role holders will provide culinary support across multiple school locations, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety Standards.
Responsibilities include stepping in for absent chefs, ensuring high-quality food production, assisting with special events, maintaining high standards of food preparation and kitchen hygiene, and complying with nutritional guidelines.
