Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Shop Manager to oversee our Machine Shop operation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the machine shop, supervising a team of Machinists, and ensuring the efficient and precise operation of woodworking machinery.
Taking control of the workshop loading, utilization, efficiency, productivity and work quality.
Organise and co-ordinate internally the workshop overhauls/repairs ensuring that components are received, evaluated, and repaired according to maker instructions Working with assembly manager and service departments to plan in accordingly.
