As the Territory Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market share for mobile handsets devices in your assigned territory. Your Package Salary £30,000 12% bonus scheme 22 days paid holiday (per annum) in addition to bank holidays Company Car/Car Allowance Holiday purchase or sell scheme Access to employee assistance programme, perkbox Your Role The core responsibilities of this position will be: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including business customers, retailers, & channel leads to develop strategic partnerships and drive sales. Create strong commercial account plans with clear stakeholder mapping, action plans and a detailed review system Conduct compelling product presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients through business meetings and roadshow activities. Identify new business opportunities and drive adoption of our clients mobile devices among businesses of all sizes. Ability to manage a robust pipeline whilst also delivering on a weekly run rate in line with outlined business objectives and key results in designated distributors and resellers. Provide product training and support to channel partners and sales teams to increase product knowledge and drive sales performance. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to support overall business objectives and initiatives. Complete weekly outbound / lead generation calls to drive sell-out Create new Business Development to expand the market with various initiatives for new customers and partners Weekly client meetings on the performance of region and accounts vs target National client base with frequent travel and overnight stays Do you have what it takes? The Territory Business Manager will be perfect for you if you: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and experience managing complex sales cycles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results. Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Great attention to detail and initiative Good written & verbal communication Strong presentation skills in both creation and delivery Have a full UK driving licence This opportunity will be full time contract until the end of 2024. You would be working within a fast pace environment whereby you would to have experience of dealing with chasing debts from large corporations /groups. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our clients team as a Territory Manager. This position will primarily focus on business development within FMCG independent retailers, representing our clients brand and driving sales within the assigned territory.
