Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant with bahaviour management experience
TimePlan Education are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a group of children with PMLD and challenging behaviours.
Your role will be to support a small group of children in KS3 and you will be working on a full-time basis with the opportunity of getting a permanent contract with the school after three terms.
This could be children who are too anxious to attend mainstream school, or display some challenging behaviour, or have been excluded, or have medical difficulties, or are in between settings (so have been pulled from mainstream and are awaiting an SEN school placement).
The role itself will be working with children who live in Gloucester/Cheltenham, who access education outside of normal' schooling.
