Technical Support Manager / IT Manager - Network Infrastructure Installations Looking for an experienced Technical Manager to be responsible for leading a helpdesk team of 6, and 5 Field Service Engineers, who providing remote and onsite technical support, on network systems on their clients' sites. The company provide Networked IT, AV, and IPTV solutions to mostly corporate hospitality environments (hotels). The role requires you to be a level of escalation on service calls to the helpdesk team, applicants therefore need to have come from a technically hands on (ideally 3rd Line) Infrastructure Support / Networking background. Must be aware of: network routing / switching configuration, management, firewalls etc. You will work closely with the projects team on their programme of works supporting their installations. This role will have 11 direct reports, 4 in the office Helpdesk staff, 2x 50 / 50 Office / Field based and 5x fully Field based Engineers responsibility for a number of subcontractor relationships. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, likely to be in the region of £45K - £50K basic £5000 car allowance. Standard hours are Mon - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (potential for on call if desired currently covered within the team). The office is located in Billingshurst, a car driver is preferred.

Assisting with the maintenance and filing of student documentation in the data office. Assisting with checks of register accuracy and other exercises undertaken to ensure the quality of information produced from the Management Information System (MIS).
