Our client is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join their housing association in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the residential properties and communal areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Our client is looking for a cleaner to work in their student accommodation to ensure all rooms and communal areas are sparkling clean ready for the residents to move in.
Birmingham Service centre; Hours 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
Decontaminating, reconditioning and repairing Powered & Manual wheelchairs to a high standard.
Job purpose
Working from our Birmingham depot to enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required by completing training in the workshop decontaminating, reconditioning and repairing wheelchair equipment.
Pertemps are seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaning Team Leader to join our client based in a manufacturing facility in Solihull.
As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the facility, managing a team, completing risk assessment and supporting in the production of method statements for the site.
