Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the Subcontractor Ledger.
Working between the Commercial and Finance teams, the ideal candidate will have previous construction experience and recent knowledge of CIS tax legislations.
We are looking for candidate that hold a current Enhanced DBS including a "check of the Adults Barred list"
You will be working within various day centres (Molesey, Hersham, Weybridge, Claygate, Esher) for 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) from 9.30am - 3.30pm, The centres promote an active and full life for residents, operating at the heart to their local communities, and offer a vital and attractive range of services with a focus on well-being, social and leisure activities, and opportunities to learn new skills.
Through your friendly, welcoming and flexible approach you will provide care and support for all users of our Centre's services, and particularly older people and people with learning difficulties.
