What can you expect from an Allocator role here at Signet? As a key part of the Merchandising team, Allocators play a crucial role within our business. You will be monitoring stock levels, intake and distribution and provide efficient reporting and administrative support to the merchandising team, ensuring that lines are always stocked, allowing our customers the widest choice available. By supporting the Merchandising team, you'll help to deliver maximum sales and profit through effective planning, forecasting and stock management. You'll liaise regularly with suppliers to ensure that orders are placed, and deliveries are made according to agreed timescales, produce accurate and regular inventory information and ensure that our information databases are kept up to date. You will also produce analysis reports, with the aim of improving overall performance. About You The role of Allocator is an analytical and numerical role suited to someone with a degree that involved maths, statistics, or quantitative modules. Any prior experience with Excel is a bonus! You will also have: Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Good eye for detail. Strong numerical and proven analytical skills. Creative problem-solving skills. Flexible approach to work. Good communication and teamworking skills, and enjoy speaking to new people. A basic understanding of merchandising, with a genuine interest in forging a career within merchandising. If you have experience in end-to-end email campaigns and stakeholder management along with the drive to get involved and learn new skills, we would like to hear from you. A fantastic opportunity to join us as an CRM Executive and own the CRM for our Ernest Jones brand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day building, testing, delivery, coordination, and management of email campaigns to support the overall CRM strategy. Reporting into our CRM Manager, you would work closely with our CRM Executive for H. Samuel and other key business stakeholders including Online Trading, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising. About You: Demonstrable working knowledge of email management. Creative mindset and the ability to put yourself in the customers shoes. Whilst a retail background would be desirable, it is not essential, however experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial. Exponea /Bloomreach or another equivalent email platform would be desirable and experience of working with a WYSIWYG tool, but not essential. Stakeholder Management both internally and externally.
