The Role: As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in conducting telephone sales calls and and effectively engaging with warm leads. Responsibilities: Follow up on existing sales pipeline. Identify new leads and expand the client base with support from the sales/specification manager. Assist in marketing activities, including client training sessions (CPDs) and site visits. Facilitate communication between the sales and design teams when required.
