In return for these excellent benefits our client is looking to meet a candidate who: is an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to advise clients on a whole of market basis. is CeMAP/Cert CII (MP) qualified with 2 years' experience in advising in a broker, bank or estate agency context. is ideally CeRER/ Cert CII (ER) qualified, not necessary. is driven, wants to provide excellent advice and write lots of business. Expect to be passed client leads from partner referrals & social media/Google PPC marketing with access to our client's extensive database of pre-existing clients. You'll advise on a variety of mortgage products including: First Time Buyer, Remortgage, Buy to Let, Credit repair, Interest Only, Product Transfer & Commercial. has an excellent attention to detail and understands the client/application/funder journey well. You'll also be well versed in: undertaking product research; conducting compliance checks & completing product applications with a variety of lenders/funders/portals. is affable & highly professional. Daily you'll meet clients in-person/via telephone, undertake fact finds, tailor recommendations & explain product features. is a promoter.
