Requirements / Experience Experience working in a telesales / Account manager role previously or current is an MUST Experience working with an FMCG sector with this job title is an ADVANTAGE Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel. Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively. An understanding of working in a target driven environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients via phone, and promoting products/services to drive sales. Responsibilities: Dialling up to 60 calls a day from a database. Calls will initially be cold and will be your job to fact find to qualify with view of booking an appointment for our sales directors to go and sell our services.
