Role: Embedded Children & Young Persons Caseworker - Exploitation
Our client, a well-respected charity is looking for a dedicated and highly organised Children & Young Persons Specialist Exploitation Caseworker to join their experienced and compassionate team across Somerset.
Responsible for receiving and administering all housing complaints into the service within set timescales.
The role is predominantly supporting colleagues to provide an effective complaints handling service to meet the requirements of the Housing Ombudsman and Social Housing Regulator:
Somerset Council's housing landlord service provides housing management services to approximately 5,600 council housing tenants.
The postholder will be required to manage transport requirement for the Sedgemoor Area, for any Health related transport.
This requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and communicate with various different transport providers and requesters.
Transport is managed by either tendering via our tendering software, utilising volunteer drivers or our own in house fleet, or working with approved taxi providers for short notice bookings.
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the South West of England, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a locum basis, for a couple of months.
You will be working from home mostly, so you will have a lot of flexibility with your schedule.
Somerset Council supports Hybrid working, for this role there will be a requirement to work in County Hall Taunton on a regular basis and to travel around Somerset.
We need to build capacity within the HR Advisory Service and require an experienced HR Officer to undertake casework over the next few months.
