The role will be a part of an established team which already consists of four Telemarketing Executives, who are encouraged to work on a quality over quantity basis, spending time building relationships and utilising the quality data that is provided to work strategically and professionally.
The role will support two of the specialist departments, working on projects alongside divisional Directors.
Working with a varied client base, the Customer Representative will be the first point of contact for your business customers, supporting them with their queries and offering updates of new products within the business.
