As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls and arranging appointments with key decision makers for the company's clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding the clients business portfolio and creating wider brand awareness. Other key duties as Telemarketing Executive include: - Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers - Identifying and qualifying leads based on established criteria - Presenting and explaining products or services to potential customers - Following up on leads and inquiries promptly to close sales - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service - Recording and reporting information clearly and concisely To excel as a Telemarketing Executive, it is vital that you are an enthusiastic and confident individual, with excellent communication skills. Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is expected and you must be computer literate and highly confident using Microsoft Office. You will be given in-house training to ensure you thrive with the business and in your new role. As well as a salary of £24,000 p/a, you will receive a laptop, desktop screen and phone.
