Observe and record children's progress and development. Promote equal opportunities and inclusion for all children. Key Requirements: Passion for working with young children and a genuine interest in their development. Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential. A positive, patient, and caring approach to working with children. A willingness to learn and develop your skills in line with early years best practices. A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare) would be an advantage but not required. Enhanced DBS check (can be provided if not already in place).
