My client is a family owned and operated medium sized, very well respected Healthcare Provider with 11 homes across England who is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse based in Nuneaton.
The service offers person centred care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident, looking after those with Dementia and Nursing needs the home has 57 beds.
To assist in the provision of a high quality, customer-focused service to all customers contacting the Client both externally and internally and to ensure as many enquiries and service requests as possible are resolved at the first point of contact to maximise customer satisfaction.
