The primary function of this role is managing all account queries through a first-class customer centric approach.
This role is part time, working 2 days per week, Saturdays and Sundays, and Bank Holidays (average of 14 hours per week)) on behalf of our fast growing TV brand within an electronic retailer store.
Your responsibilities will involve upselling products to customers, raising brand awareness and building store staff relationships and knowledge.
