HR Advisor 12 months maternity Contract Distribution/Logistics Coventry Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support a logistics organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join and support a busy team for a maternity contract (Circa 12 months) Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office based working. Description Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a busy and varied role, supporting with all generalist people matters at this busy distribution site. Duties will include but not limited to: Provide advice and guidance to line managers on-site Take ownership of a wide range of employee relations casework Act as first point of contact for HR queries Provide HR data and MI to HR Manager Proactively support with employee engagement and retention Organise and assist the delivery of training and development programmes Absence management Support with Recruitment and selection Profile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisory background within a similar role.
