Gibbs Hybrid are looking for a proficient Manager for the Fund Operations team, to work onsite (3 days) with our Liverpool based client.
You will be responsible for Fund Account Manager Openings, Fund Manager AML Due Diligence, Share Class Conversions and the management and maintenance of an internal platform service as well as reviewing processes and improving the efficiencies across the teams.
The role requires both hands on management, process improvements and strategic planning.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities (HOF), the Facilities Manager will play an important and responsible role within the charity, responsible for a defined portfolio of sites to function effectively by ensuring that all aspects of the Facilities Operational Activities are synchronized effectively under the direction of the Head of Facilities.

You will look after a portfolio of sites South East, Liverpool, Hull and potentially some properties in the Midlands.
