Main duties
To be responsible for the management of the team and ensure that the service provided is of the highest professional standard and is responsive to legislative requirements as well as corporate and national priorities.

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The post holder will take an active part in networking with NHS trust colleagues and form part of the management team overseeing team performance and attending regular discharge review meetings, updating the acute trust about discharge plans and responding to system escalations as pressures on acute trusts increase.
This includes providing social work practice guidance and management oversight relating to case progression and management of - often complex - discharges, complaints and disputes, safeguarding and mental capacity.
