Main duties
Complete professional assessments of need and risk for highly complex and challenging cases in respect of service users and carers using Luton Borough Council eligibility criteria.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.
You will provide high-quality support and guidance, facilitating the engagement of participants in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.
The Role: The Office Manager (Executive Assistant, Business Support Executive, Project Support) is a highly varied and responsible role, where as well as providing general business support, you will support the business with the delivery of multiple projects, driving the detail to ensure service levels, client experience and business performance is optimised.
The Person: The successful Office Manager will highly organised, detail orientated, efficient and proactive, keen to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of various projects, while overseeing the smooth running of the office.
You will be joining at an exciting phase in the company's development so you will be keen to learn - while you are likely to have worked in a professional services environment, you will not be expected to know the intricacies of financial planning, as training and support will be provided.
