To lead and manage performance of a team of social workers and foster a culture of continuous learning and reflection of practice that inspires staff to give of their best in their roles.
We are looking for an Experienced Team Manager who has Local Authority Experience and would be required to carry out the following duties:
Introduce, embed and continually improve at team level, the quality of social work consistent with established models of good practice.
We have vacancies across the older persons & physical disability service and require experienced social workers who have leadership and supervisory oversight.
This may include social workers, occupational therapists and any other clinical or non-professionally qualified colleagues.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.
Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
