The role is pivotal in administrating recruitment processes, including interviews, assessment centres, and recruitment checks. The successful candidate will be proficient in using recruitment tracking systems and proactive in chasing references to ensure a swift recruitment process. This role demands a high level of IT literacy, meticulous attention to detail, and an understanding of the legislation related to handling sensitive and confidential information. Day-to-day of the role: Administer recruitment interviews and assessment centres. Manage the recruitment tracker to oversee and advance recruitment activities. Proactively obtain references and conduct recruitment checks to expedite the recruitment process. Handle sensitive personal and confidential information with a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation. Collaborate effectively within a team environment, offering support when necessary. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks. Attending meetings and taking minutes Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in IT systems. Exceptional attention to detail. Minute taking experience. Experience in managing sensitive personal and confidential information. Knowledge of recruitment-related legislation and data protection.
