General
The HR Advisor will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support in an busy sales environment, whilst mentoring an inexperienced HR administrator.

The role will include delivering accurate transactions to update the HR/Payroll systems to reflect the workforce changes, within the HR centralised function, this role will be involved, and where relevant lead the development of processes and initiatives supporting continuous improvement of the services the team delivers.
This is a fixed term contract until end of 2024, working on a hybrid basis as part of a busy centralised HR team based near Pontefract, this role supports 4 operational site based HRBPs covering UK wide manufacturing sites.
The role is the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries covering (recruitment, ER, case management, HR and Payroll queries, HR support and admin).
You will be responsible for supporting Impact Manager, managing career progression and impact assessment of schemes and programmes that form part of the training and fellowship portfolio.
