Your pay rate as a full time Team Leader will be between £12.90 per hour during training and £13.90 per hour when you are fully trained. We have a range of shifts available for you: Wednesday to Saturday - 05:45 am - 17:15 pm Wednesday to Saturday - 08:45 am - 20:15 pm Sunday to Wednesday - 20:15 pm - 04:30 am Wednesday to Saturday - 17:15 pm - 01:30 am and 20:15 pm - 04.30 am EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL Your role as a Team Leader: Managing, motivating and training Operatives; ensuring all tasks are understood and carried out efficiently and effectively in line with Company policies Ensuring all customer orders are packed correctly both in line with Company and customer requirements Maintaining the correct amount of raw materials in designated areas adhering to strict stock rotation procedures Undertaking all relevant checks, ensure they are performed, documented and in line with Company and legislative requirements to ensure products meet both the customer specification and the requirements of food safety legislation Communicating with all relevant departments including Production, Planning and QA to ensure any issues are addressed immediately Using Company IT systems Maintaining high standards of hygiene, Health, and Safety within your area of responsibility to ensure product quality is maintained, and to minimise accidents and health problems to employees We're a Flexible Pay Employer that offers Wagestream.
