Job Description: Team Leader
Short Description: The Team Leader is responsible for delivering Service User centred support; through the efficient operation of a number of Supported housing unit(s) and staff allocated to them in compliance with company processes and procedures.
Responsible To: Service Manager/Operations Director or other manager as designated by the company
Our client is seeking a Team Leader - Reporting to the Process Focus Team Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Assembly Operators.
You will ensure that all processes and activities are executed to the expected and targeted level.
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee the operations of our processing and help desk team for id card schemes which provide support to individuals with disabilities applying to those schemes.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our card services team.
As Team Leader you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.
