The Wholesale Team Leader will work within a team compromising of Account Executives, Account Manager, Senior Account Handlers, Account Handlers and Trainee Handlers.
This individual will provide technical leadership, resolving complex IT issues and act as an escalation point for the team.
You will oversee the daily operations and performance of the IT Desk Team, while focusing on delivering exceptional IT support for employees across our six locations.
