To support the Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits and service development. To support with change management and experience of service improvements. Supporting the team for effective service delivery which will include oversight and approval of rota's/shift patterns. Undertake supervisions with staff. To effectively demonstrate and implement within practice strong leadership, IT skills, communication and interpersonal skills. To have knowledge and experience within the personal care sector with an understanding of The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Health and Safety. Full enhanced DBS check. Essential car driver. To be flexible in the role and support with weekend/out of hours cover as and when required. To have a thorough knowledge base and experience of working within a CQC regulated service.
