Reporting to the Senior Programme Coordinator, the Programme Coordinator role is integral to the delivery of high-quality programmes and requiresexcellent customer service, efficient coordination of the learner journey and effective support and coordination services.
Programme Coordinators will work closely withtheir team, Candidate Support Managers, and the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end experience for participants.
Within the team you will be designated certain areas of responsibility that will change dependant on the needs of the team, the business and your own professional development.
Team Administrator & Coordinator / Work Planner & Schedulerwith strong communication, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a busy environment is required for a fast growing and innovative Engineering and Fabrication company based in Rochester, Kent.
As a successful candidate you must have previous experience coordinating, booking / scheduling and planning work schedules.
Ideally this experience will be gained from working within an Engineering / Maintenance / Facilities / Construction or similar industry.
