You'll manage a team of 4-5 direct reports, working closely with them on a day-to-day basis to drive sales growth, particularly in challenging and technical projects.
This role offers a blend of home-based work, field visits, and office meetings (South Wales).
Customers are supported by an experienced team with Technical Specialists across both sector and technology.
