We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our client based in Rainham, Essex. Duties will include Basic electrical and plumbing work investigating and resolving issues and new installations, light building works to include carpentry, painting and decorating, some gardening and maintaining external areas. You must be hard working, a team player and have experience in general maintenance. You will need to be able to problem solve and be self motivated effectively communicating with managers and customers. A full UK driving license is adventagous due to the location. This is a temporary role working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm, however a permanent position could be offered to the right candidate. If you are interested in this role please apply today.
