Job Description Role & Responsibilities As a Technical Engineer/ 2nd Line Support , you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users and clients in resolving complex IT issues. Travel to various sites in your region, working closely with other IT teams to provide quality 2nd line IT support. Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and equipment documentation. Technical Engineer will be providing a high level of customer service and offering a varied range of IT Support to both technical and non-technical customers and staff.
