Field Service Engineer - Packaging Equipment MC269071 Field Service Engineer required for an international packaging equipment manufacturer based in the Maidenhead area. The successful candidate will have a strong field service background ideally within a similar industry. Field Service Engineer Position Overview Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues promptly and efficiently. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation. Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs and replacements of parts to restore functionality. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission packaging equipment at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to specifications. Queries might include: Turn microphone on and off Turn camera on and off Sharing screen Taking control of some one else screen Sharing documents. Setting up and returning from break out groups Please Note: this is a role where you will have circa 3.5 days a week of work across 5 days. Profile Virtual Host (Zoom & Teams), work from home: You will have the IT skills and confidence to do the following. You are also likely to be looking for flexibility as this role is a job that will provide circa three and a half days a week of employment. The client advanced releases schedules of when they need help and you need to confirm you wish to cover the booking.
