We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading financial services organisation seeking to recruit an IT Support Executive into a newly created role providing a lead on IT projects within the business as well as overseeing IT relationships that are outsourced.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for IT systems, software and hardware support across our clients South East based offices including home-working set-ups.
The role will include delivery of IT projects, supporting the use of internal software / systems including the Horizon telephone system, dealing with new starters and initial set ups, liaising with the IT support provider, delivery training on systems and software as well and a variety of other duties.
An experienced 1st Line Technical Support Engineer with relevant experience is needed to join our team at Fortis Hosting, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company based in London on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to handling initial technical calls, solving them and escalating them where appropriate.
For over 12 years, we have been providing cloud, consultancy, IT support and procurement services to Private and Public sector organisations in the UK and internationally.
This role would be responsible for providing technical support, main point of contact for technical queries and responsible for system maintenance.
If you have experience in Computer Network and Communication, ability to resolve technical issues and excellent communication skills then this role would be for you.
