What can I expect to do in the role
The main part of your role will be working as part of the Existing Dwellings Technical team to offer high levels of front-line support to their members through the provision of excellent technical support mainly by telephone and email communications, with some auditing.

As IT and Technical Support Engineer, you will provide desk-side support to end-users, addressing questions, problems and tasks related to systems software and hardware.

2nd and some 3rd Line desktop support also well as maintain, configure and troubleshoot other IT related issues, including hardware, software, networks and pcs/laptops.
We are looking for a Technical Services Administrator, who will be working within the Technical Services department, providing first-class cover and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will become the reference point for colleagues and Suppliers alike, and will assist with administrative duties, following up (within the team) and externally (within our supplier base).
