Role: Technical Services Supervisor Location: Mitcham (Wilson Hospital) Package: Starting from £45000 DOE (plus on-call allowance, 27 days holiday, company van and tools provided) Opportunity: This is a great opportunity for a skilled Technical Services Supervisor to work with one of the UK's most valued service providers in Mitcham. Our client holds one of the largest portfolios in the UK, comprising more than 3000 properties, ranging from listed buildings through to state-of-the-art integrated health campuses. What will your role look like? Your main responsibility as the Technical Services Supervisor will be to oversee the supervision of the health, safety and well-being of the building services team. You'll come from the tools yourself, so whilst you won't need to be as hands-on in this role, you'll have the knowledge and supervisory experience needed to look after a mixed-discipline regional team, covering all things mechanical, electrical, combustion and HVAC to give you an idea. You'll take direction from the Technical Delivery Manager and PPM planner to manage the scheduled, reactive and remedial maintenance services, ensuring that operational standards are maintained, resources are maximised and works and services are prioritised accordingly. What are we looking for? We'd like to speak with you if you hold one of the following; - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in related building services - Specialist knowledge acquired through experience or qualification - Formal apprenticeship or craft trained within building services You should also hold an IOSH or equivalent and have some experience in managing others. A full DBS check and DVLA checks are also required for this role.
