A 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with good working knowledge of Windows server, Offfice 365, and general network troubleshooting is required to join a close-knit MSP to support their school-based clients.
DBS checks will be undertaken before starting this role.
This is an autonomous, flexible role which varies of meeting day-to-day client needs in person, whilst being remotely supporting by the wider team from the head office.

About you
You must be multi-skilled with the ability to read schematic wiring diagrams, you will possess good mechanical skills, you must be pc literate and capable of loading software to machine drives and controls.
The Role
You will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining the range of slicing and packaging machinery, inspection systems and end of line equipment.
Key purpose of the role of Technical Publications Specialist is to ensure all technical documentation is complete, current and accurate from maintenance manuals, operators manuals to technical information notices and then communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary being offered is up to £36K, Monday to Thurs 8.30 to 5pm, Fri 8.30am to 2pm, subject to workload completion.

We are fully committed to progressing you through your PCO Portfolio or PCO Apprenticeship which would increase your salary to £32,288 as soon as either of these is successfully completed which can realistically be achieved within 12 to 18 months of joining us.
