Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Engineering Shift Supervisor to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations during your designated shift, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their facilities.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of engineering staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations.
The Armament Supervisor role requires an experienced aircraft technician to supervise a team maintaining/repairing aircraft equipment & components.
Core duties involve supervising detailed maintenance/inspections on components per tech docs, undertaking maintenance on weapons systems, resolving issues, maintaining compliance with procedures, evaluating faults, authorizing tasks, and providing guidance.
Responsibilities include overseeing work per regulations, analyzing faults, ensuring airworthiness, meeting delivery targets, leading the team, and implementing improvements.
Operational site lead - responsible for the day to day operations and site deputy to Senior Customer.

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be part of a leadership team motivating a group of highly skilled engineers on this state-of-the-art film lot.
As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, organising and supervising all site activities, ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications, conducting site inspections, recording the progress of works as well as ensuring schemes are safely completed on time, within budget and to specified quality.
What You'll Need To SucceedIn order to be successful, you will have previous experience in mechanical works within the building services industry in a supervisory capacity and hold an SSSTS (or SMSTS) qualification.
In addition, you will be able to liaise with key stakeholders and be a detail-orientated individual.
As a Site Supervisor you will coordinate, supervise and manage construction site activities by either taking control of an element of work on a large substation scheme or by delivering all site-based construction elements associated with a smaller High Voltage Electrical scheme.
You will aim to continually develop and improve communications and performance within the Projects and Construction Teams.
The key requirement of the role is to ensure construction delivery on-time and too budget to fully satisfy customer requirements.
