Responsibilities It will be your responsibility to accurately log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within the commercial sector as well as ad hoc pieces of work related to the role. It is imperative you have a passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on time to prospective and renewing customers, and falls within stringent compliance parameters. You will need some customer service skills to provide a flexible service to both internal and external customers. Being an excellent rapport builder and communicator is essential as you will be working with all levels. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in call centre environments (6 months). Superb customer services & communication skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential. A strong team work ethic is essential for the role to meet the fast-paced business demands as we are a growing department and change is always happening. You should be comfortable working closely with your team or independently. You should also expect to meet targets and manage your own workload. Utility Experience would be desirable but not essential. We can provide training and you'll be sure to learn a lot as a Sales Support Advisor.
