They are looking for a Senior/Lead Electronics Engineer to join the team and be able to take ownership of the Electronics department moving forward. This will entail both developing new products and improving the existing product range, as well as establishing good design and test practices. They are looking for individuals to be on site 5 days a week but can offer some flexibly if needed but due to the nature of this position being a leadership role they would like for this individual to be on-site to support other engineers and the wider business. Some of the essential skills and experiences required to be successful in this role would include: 6 years industry experience. Ideally management experience, that can include projects or people. Development from prototype through to manufacture.
