An experienced 1st Line Technical Support Engineer with relevant experience is needed to join our team at Fortis Hosting, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company based in London on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to handling initial technical calls, solving them and escalating them where appropriate.
For over 12 years, we have been providing cloud, consultancy, IT support and procurement services to Private and Public sector organisations in the UK and internationally.
You'll get a base salary of £43,797 (includes London Weighting Allowance) with uncapped OTE - £54,319 (includes London Weighting Allowance) with top company earners, earning in excess of this .On top of this you'll be eligible for overtime and be given a company van, fuel card and state of the art tablet & smart phone.

Based in a busy assembly department, you will be working to engineering drawings and using a variety of handheld tools, adhesives and assembly techniques to ensure product quality is perfect every time.
