The Technical Customer Advisor, would be responsible for taking calls from customers and talking through the issue, assisting where possible and giving technical advice.
Our client is looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor, to join their Internal Service team, working from their offices in the Sevenoaks.
The role will involve liaising over the telephone with customers and providing them with technical support and quotations for our client's range of products.

Basildon - Office based Monday - Friday 8-5 or 9-6 (on a rota basis)
Answer calls from Welsh and English speaking Customers
You will be responding in a friendly, supportive, and timely manner to all customers who make contact via telephone, email or written communication or via system generated tasks.
You must be a fluent Welsh speaker - this is a fully remote role
Our client the UK's leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products are looking for a Customer Support Advisor/Engineer to join them on a full time permanent basis.
We would like to clarify that this role does not entail any IT-related duties.
Additionally, it is important to note that this position is not field-based, meaning the responsibilities do not require physical presence outside of the designated workplace.
We are seeking an individual with customer service experience, you will have ideally have worked previously within a customer service focused environment, perhaps within an inbound and outbound contract centre or call centre environment.
This position is initial a 12 month fixed term contract.
