The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with an international organisation to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and diverse Customer Service and Sales department.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers across the Midlands and ensuring that a first-class service is delivered.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support our sales team on a fixed term contract until Christmas.
What we are looking for
You will be customer focused with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with our highly valued customers.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel would be a distinct advantage.
Working within a fast-paced environment you will need to be highly reactive with strong organisational skills whilst maintaining excellent Customer Service.
