Our Client, an Insurance Broker, is looking to recruit a new Commercial Claims Handler to join their friendly and growing team on a full time, permanent basis.
It's your ability to deal with claimants and handle all aspects of Claims activities that is most important - the specific technical class knowledge can be learnt.

As a claims handler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a range of external partners including insurance companies, solicitors, brokers and direct policyholders, relating to queries on their claims.

As well as proactively driving your claims portfolio, you will be required to maintain a diary system, arrange payments and produce detailed reports and letters to external partners.
Reporting to the Technical Claims Director, you will be a key relationship manager for internal stakeholders and external clients ensuring that the outcomes for major and complex losses support the clients overall strategic objectives.
Primary responsibility will be for revenue generation by means of managing and effectively settling large and complex losses.
