We are now on the lookout for a Technical Lead to be a pivotal member of our established but growing design team. You will be working on projects for some of the world's largest brands and oversee end-to-end technical solutions, managing all technical aspects from inception to delivery. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Lead who can interpret design requirements into detailed engineering plans and work with our creative technologists to research and document technical solutions. The role involves optimising efficiency by productising or repurposing existing project builds and championing previous solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, managing relationships with clients across various brands and projects, identifying engineering requirements from scope changes, and documenting build requirements and assumptions. Additionally, you must be confident in communicating requirements to clients' legal and technical teams. The position requires guiding the development team by identifying timing or capability limitations, acting as the escalation point for internal and external engineers, planning and monitoring development work according to project timelines, and prioritising different workstreams to meet business and client objectives.
