About the Role
You'll be the friendly face and voice of our charity, engaging with supporters across multiple channels, including telephone, email, live chat, social media, and post.
We are seeking an energetic Telesales Representative to enhance our clients sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in recruitment or sales, who is comfortable with high-volume phone interactions and has a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day of the role
Work approximately 3-4 hours per day, with flexible morning schedules (e.g., 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM).
Operating with a degree of professional independence and autonomy the role will predominantly undertake operational work with some project-related work (the mix will vary according to the nature of the work).
This role will make a significant contribution to the success of the Surrey Pension team.
Reporting to the Head of Change Management you will be responsible for embedding best practice change management.
