Remote working interim head of tax role for 9 to 12 months.
Our client has changed their corporate structure and they are looking to appoint an interim head of tax to be the point of contact between the finance team and their external tax advisors; to put in place the most appropriate corporate tax structure and to provide a full understanding and documentation for the internal finance team on the tax liabilities and the requirements for the corporate tax returns.
This will include updating the documentation for the production of tax returns, reviewing quarterly VAT returns and assessing any exemptions, reviewing R&D tax credits, and being the point of contact for HMRC.
