This highly successful Chartered firm of Wealth Managers have grown both organically and via acquisition over the last few years. They have built an impressive reputation with clients in the local area, and have enjoyed a very prosperous year, so are looking for an additional Financial Adviser. One of the long-standing Advisers in the firm is looking to retire shortly, so my client is looking for an experienced Financial Adviser that can take over this retiring Advisers book of business. If you enjoy the client interaction and providing a quality and transparent service, but don't enjoy the new business development side of the Adviser role, then this would be an excellent move for you. They are looking for someone to work closely with the outgoing Adviser, who is keen to provide their clients with a proper handover, as they have built some very close and personal relationships with them. The clients are a mix of people at and post-retirement, accumulators, and owner managers of local SME firms. They provide advice on Investments, Pensions, Protection, Trusts and Estate Planning and are happy to support any skills gaps or additional technical training that is required. Our client can offer a very secure and rewarding role, with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure that will pay on all income that is generated. They can also offer the flexibility to be more home than office based and provide full Paraplanning support. If you are level 4 diploma qualified and have at least 4 years solid experience of working within a Private Client Wealth Management role, providing holistic Financial Advice, then my client would like to talk to you. If you're ready to take the next step in your career, please contact Samantha at FD to discuss this opportunity further.
