A fabulous role has arisen within the business for a Property Manager to work closely with the Director in managing a luxurious residential property portfolio. Duties will include; Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Liaising with clients and contractors on a daily basis via phone and email Coordinate routine inspections, schedule repairs, and manage vendor relationships to ensure properties are well-maintained Liaising with porters and contractors in relation to property maintenance work that needs to be carried out Providing PA support to the Director Responding to emails and handling correspondence Diary management Key skills: Previous experience in property management essential Ability to oversee projects and tasks to completion Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Good working knowledge of MS packages If you are ready to take your property management career to the next level, we encourage you to apply today!
